No ntr, and no backstory like that for now at least, there is some Yuri scenes but the MC is always there, there is one or more time where Yuri seggs happens or at least it is implied that it happened and the MC isn't there but there is nothing other than that.
I mean that right now it does not have, but it would not be 100% impossible to not happen in the future, let's hope that it never happens tho, I hate that kind of stuff.

Come for the segs. Stay for the story (It's unironically so good, can't believe an H-game handles character interactions and dialogue far better than most actual story-focus visual novels).
The characters act and talk make a lot of sense, and are mostly devoid of common cliches you sick of seeing in anime/manga.
